Improvements

• The awkward Apple /// firmware updater for the DAN][ controller card, which needed to be run in Apple II Emulation mode, was replaced with a native Apple /// SOS-based firmware update utility.
• The new Apple /// update utility is available as a floppy disk image (for a real floppy or for FloppyEmu), or alternatively as a SOS hard disk volume, which can be booted directly from the DAN][ controller card.

Fixes

• Fixes a synchronization issue with the Apple /// update utility, which sometimes caused the communication with the bootloader to fail (NMI vs IORESET timing on the Apple ///).
