StateCarry v0.1.3 refines the desktop update experience for the public beta.

  • Adds a compact update action beside Settings that expands to Download or Restart when needed.
  • Checks for new stable releases at startup and every six hours while StateCarry remains open.
  • Shows the current app version at the bottom of Settings.
  • Adds a Settings icon and removes the separate App updates card.

Release validation: macOS Apple Silicon stable build, Developer ID signing, Apple notarization, stapling, Gatekeeper assessment, and the repository's fresh verification suite all passed for source commit 8f3191350a3d7bfb9be964aa84221586ff17730b.
