Three Rings Portal IM Button Embed Plugin v1.0.0

Please note that Find My Nightline plugin support has been dropped entirely after the closure of the Nightline Association.

This update provides necessary updates to the IM Button Embed Plugin (formerly NLA IM Button Embed Plugin) so that it works with Portal's new infrastructure. It also correctly moves any licensing over to Three Rings CIC ownership.
