ThruTracker Survey v1.2.6

First public release of ThruTracker Survey as an installable Windows app.

Two ways to run it (both fully offline-capable):

• ThruTracker Survey_1.2.6_x64-setup.exe — Windows installer,
  code-signed by ThruTracker Analytics, LLC. Installs a normal desktop app.
• ThruTracker-Survey-Field-v1.2.6.zip — no-install field mode for
  locked-down machines. Unzip to a short path (C:\ThruTracker) and run
  Start ThruTracker.bat.

Highlights of the 1.2.x line

• Native Windows app (Tauri): no browser, no console window; CSV/backup
  exports use a real Save-as dialog; PDF reports print via the system dialog.
• Cloud sync works from the installed app (login, Sync now, photo sync), with
  a login-or-continue-offline prompt at launch and a Sync online / Back to
  Home flow when a survey is completed.
• Survey setup autosaves — navigating back and forth never loses entered data.
• Robust handling of surveys created in the ThruTracker Cloud web editor.
• State/county auto-fill, GPS, weather, and NABat GRTS cell lookup all work
  from the installed app.
• Photo sync, per-exit counts, event-log tally, PDF/CSV/NABat exports.

Upgrading / first install

• Installing over a previous version keeps your data.
• Moving from field mode (the zip) to the installed app is a one-time manual
  step: field app Settings → Back up all data, installed app Settings →
  Restore from backup…. See READ ME FIRST.txt in the zip / repo.
• Requires Windows 10/11 (WebView2, preinstalled on Windows 11).
