Latest Demo + Cloak of Darkness updates,

Differentiate between PUT a ON b and PUT ON a (or PUT a ON).
So TAKE OFF CLOAK, PUT ON CLOAK, WEAR CLOAK, PUT/HANG CLOAK ON HOOK should all work as expected now.
Fixed a couple of XML issues.
