Major Release

This release is major as it introduces encryption to the Notepad, not just Entries. It also includes numerous bug fixes and minor changes.

  • Added ENCRYPTION to the Notepad so all notes, along with journal entries, are all encrypted using the user's password.
  • Added additional threaded operations to fix potential hang-ups in the UI.
  • Added silent error handling for online required functions to ensure the "Online first approach" claim remains true.
  • Fixed some bugs when it comes to the Lockdown Mode of SafeNotes (the Encrypt Entries button).
  • Fixed a bug where Notepad would not function properly when a file was not opened.
  • Fixed some other minor bugs.
  • Removed some styling text from the body text in Release Notes.
  • SafeNotes min/default window size has been adjusted.
