修复安装版示例工程初始化

• 修复安装或更新后新建工作工程出现 resources\example ENOENT 的问题。
• 示例工程随安装包独立分发，并在打包时逐文件核对完整性。
• 工程复制完成后才启用目标目录；兼容旧版创建失败留下的空目录，保留已有工程。

• Fixed resources\example ENOENT when creating a working project after installation or update.
• Bundled examples are distributed outside app.asar and verified file by file during packaging.
• New projects become available only after copying finishes. Existing projects and folders left by older failed attempts are preserved.

首次使用请安装 Setup 版本。便携版不支持应用内安装更新。
