修复员工下拉按钮的点击位置：保留原位置与简洁姓名列表，文字、箭头和列表边缘的实际鼠标点击均能正确响应。插件控件使用紧尺寸自有固定浮层，避开原生标题行的命中边界；悬停不再触发列表或祖先滚动，隐藏会话不留下浮动入口。未修改 DSH 程序。

已同步 Web/Desktop。最终通过 180 个坐标命中、48 项官方界面、15 项生命周期检查，以及 884 项单测（883通过、0失败、1项可选跳过）。实际 Desktop 用修复前相同像素坐标复测通过；两端407个安装文件与归档一致，状态、知识版本及宿主程序哈希未变。

Fix visible pointer targets for the employee selector in Desktop, including text, arrow and list edges. Fixed plugin-owned surfaces preserve the original header position without modifying native UI or program files. Hover no longer scrolls ancestors. Verified against official DSH 0.2.1-rc.3; package version remains 0.2.1. See the attached bilingual verification record.
