Fixed

• Writing the external spool on a Bambu Lab printer works on current
  firmware. The device addressed the external spool the old way, which an
  X1C on firmware 01.12 accepts and silently ignores - the slot kept its old
  filament. It now uses the addressing current Bambu Studio sends.

Changed

• A Bambu Lab slot is sent the filament's own Bambu filament id and
  temperatures. The filament id comes from TigerTag's product page for a
  TigerTag+ spool, otherwise from the material table built into the device -
  instead of a guess from the material's name, which is now only the fallback.
  The type is the material family (a filled material keeps its filler), and the
  nozzle temperatures follow the same order as on a Creality: product page,
  chip, material table, default.
