Fisher of Men makes a fishing rod's bobber deadly, dealing 2 damage + 1.5 damage per level when pulled out of a victim, to a maximum of 6.5 damage at Fisher of Men III. If this damage is lethal additional loot will be drawn from the fishing loot pool, and all loot from the victim will be pulled to the killer's position. In addition, the fishing rod will not take extra durability damage from hooking entities.
Fisher of Men is a transformative enchantment serves as an alternative way to fish, finishing off weakened entities instead of waiting for a fish to bite. It also makes fishing possible in places it normally wouldn't be such as in the Nether.
BASE DAMAGE - Default Value 2. This is the damage dealt by Fisher of Men
DAMAGE_PER_LEVEL - Default Value 1.5. This is the damage gained with each level of Fisher of Men.
