Each piece of Hearty equipment increases the user's maximum health by one heart plus one more for each rank of the enchantment, 2-5 hearts per item. With a full armor set a user will have 30 hearts of health.
Hearty is best used if you have ways to spend health from other mods, or if you are facing threats that bypass traditional defenses such as starvation or drowning damage. Users of Blood Magic or Batet will enjoy having a deep health pool to draw from, for example. Hearty does not work well if you have mediocre food, as you will need more of it to restore your deep health pool.
HEALTH_FACTOR_BASE - default value .1. This is how much health as a proportion of the user's base max health users gain from each piece of hearty armor.
HEALTH_FACTOR_PER_LEVEL - default value .1. This is how much more health users gain for each rank of hearty on their armor.
