Thanks, and thanks for merging our PR #161 over at the rtools-packages repo.

But just like the last time I had already committed this in a another branch so this is not likely going to be used. Going forward can you maybe check for recent branches?

Just testing the new binaries in CI after I publish them, because I cannot rerun your failed actions. Won't do that anymore.

I hear you. I would also like to run the Linux and macOS update "earlier" without triggering a "always failing" (as no artifact yet) Windows build. But for now everything is coupled as all CI actions run :-/

If you want to trigger a test run, I think you do that in a branch without needing a PR. Gets you your test, doesn't cross our wires otherwise. Is that better? Otherwise a shadow repo is cleanest but work.
