This PR cleans up a minor wart that
R CMD checkcomplains about in the help pages (one...added for the aliases of the now-removedtiledb_{dense,sparse}was undedined, and we had a double@namein the generics help page) plus fixes a very minor bug in the updated arrow interface where the 'else' branch for the TileDB 2.2.0 or later test needed an update.No user-interface or behavior changes.
