• Unread dots in the sidebar and Dock — workspaces now show unread notifications as red dots, and the Dock icon mirrors unread state.

Fixes

• tmux workspace identity — Claude and Codex wrappers now resolve workspace and panel identity per tmux pane instead of relying on stale tmux server globals.
• Codex rollout tracking — Codex now records rollout paths up front so completion notifications do not race process exit.
• Claude sidebar previews — stop-hook notifications now use the latest assistant text from the hook payload instead of lagging one turn behind.
• Terminal and editor polish — file URLs open in Tidey's editor panel, workspace panel hotkeys follow visual order after reorder, and terminal history reflows after closing the editor panel.

Internal

• tmux cleanup diagnostics and hardening — Tidey now resolves the tmux binary path explicitly for cleanup tasks and keeps diagnostics for shell-spawn environment issues.
• Bundle script coverage — new Resources/bin helper scripts are now copied into the app bundle so wrapper changes do not fail only at runtime.
