Fixes

• Dock icon red dot no longer sticks — After upgrade or attach to old shell sessions with stale workspace identities, the Dock unread overlay no longer stays on after visible workspace notifications are cleared. When Tidey has active known workspaces, notifications from unknown workspace UUIDs no longer count toward the Dock badge unread state; sidebar behavior is unchanged.

Internal

• Added `hasUnreadNotificationsForKnownWorkspaceIDs:` so Dock badge state is computed from app-wide known workspace UUIDs without deleting orphan notifications.
• Added 6 known-workspace unread tests; `TideyNotificationStoreTests` now covers known/unknown workspace notifications, broadcast notifications, mark-read behavior, and empty-set fallback.
