v0.8.0: OpenRouter Support

I created a third client that (theoretically) supports all LLM models on OpenRouter.
With this you now have hundreds of new models + providers immediately within North.
Although you must choose ones that are capable of tools. Some will just not work.

Requires OPENROUTER_API_KEY variable in your shell.

North dynamically fetches the models and prices through the OpenRouter API.
North displays the prices per million input/output tokens in /model command view.

We do many changes with North, then ask it about its experience, which tools were how effective, etc.
Then we try to improve the ones it complains about.

v0.6.2: Costs tracking

North now tracks all your costs of the current session + of all time.
Doing /costs will show a dialog with a cost breakdown per provider & model of all time and per session

(Note to the screenshot: The total doesn't add up because I had costs stored to the all-time value before the cost breakdown existed. It will work for you)

v0.6.1: Stream file creation

File creation is now streamed. If provider cancels at 90s timeout, we save, give the model a second to breathe, give it context where it left off at and ask it to continue.
Then we continue writing the file.

v0.6.0: Large file creation

Large files couldn't always be created because tool call JSONs would break after 90 seconds.
Instead, we now let the model do it within the chat, and we will parse the message and apply the file creation afterwards.

v0.5.0: Conversations

You can do ./north list and ./north resume to resume prior conversations.
Also, within north you can do /conversations do load any other conversation.

v0.4.0: File Attachments

You can now attach files to context by typing @ and fuzzy-finding files and pressing enter.
