Tellus 0.8.4-fork.13

New in this release: Minecraft 26.3, on Fabric and NeoForge. Other versions are unchanged apart from build updates.

• Terrain, caves, ores and structures on 26.3 were checked against 26.2 on the same seed and location and agree within run-to-run variation.
• With Distant Horizons on 26.3, use the Tellus DH fork 3.3.1-tellus-fork.6 or newer; the fork.5 Fabric 26.3 jar crashes at startup.
• Known differences on 26.3: vanilla now picks the texture of ores inside tuff by absolute height, so at Tellus altitudes some deep ores show the stone texture instead of deepslate (ore amounts are the same); Random Biomes does not offer the new dappled_forest biome yet.

Tellus 0.8.4-fork.13 — downstream build from the TimStewartJ/Tellus fork (main).

Based on upstream Yucareux/Tellus 0.8.3 with the fork's changes: chunk-generation performance,
coarse-first Distant Horizons streaming, spawn-centered projection, coherent climate and land-cover
transitions, ecological vegetation, and the optional integration API (TellusApi, API v6).

Distant Horizons: works with stock DH; true-height (Increase Height) worlds need the Tellus DH fork
(TimStewartJ/distant-horizons).
