small update.

changes:

• added Comment.nvim for quick code commenting.
• small cleanups to setup.lua.
• moved the vim map leader definition to the start of init, which allows for plugins to set their own keymaps in their setup functions, instead of having to set them in keymaps.lua. this also fixes code-runner's keymap being incorrectly set to '\ru' instead of 'ru' because vim.g.mapleader isn't set when the keymap is set.
