Drag-and-drop, fix unresponsive SVG score viewer, and other patches

Highlights

  • Drag and drop to open files — drop a .tla file or supported media onto the TiLiA window to open it. Multiple files, remote URLs, and unsupported extensions are filtered out before dispatch.
  • SVG score viewer is responsive again — score files saved before v0.6.0 could embed thousands of zero-font-size beat-position markers (the bundled test fixture had 1266). Every paint, scroll, and resize emitted Qt font warnings, flooding the console, log file, and Sentry breadcrumbs hard enough to make the app feel frozen. We now strip those markers on load (and re-save the cleaned SVG so the fix sticks once you save the .tla), and filter the two known DirectWrite/QFont::setPixelSize noise patterns at the Qt message-handler level. Closes #513.

Fixes

  • Volume slider now uses the correct colour when disabled.
  • Copyright notice spells out "GNU General Public License v3" instead of the bare © symbol. Closes #467.
  • Clearer wording in a user-facing error message.

  • CI reruns flaky tests before failing
  • Pytest timeout moved to the command line to avoid PytestConfigWarning when ci-tests deps aren't installed.
