First public alpha of Mojito, the evolving app: a self-hosted daily planner that rewrites itself when you ask in chat. Claude Code on your own Mac takes the request, changes the code and ships the update to your phone, Mac and web app.

What's in it

  • Hub: FastAPI + SQLite that stores your data, serves the app and sends pushes
  • App: Today, plans, notes, a feed and chat, as an Expo app for Android, a home-screen web app for iPhone with Web Push, and a Mac app, in English and Chinese
  • Agent and worker: Claude Code sessions that answer chat, run scheduled jobs and act on your Mac
  • The self-rebuild loop: feedback from the app goes to a maintainer session that triages it, edits the code, ships it and pushes back what changed

Start here

  • Look around in about 5 minutes with a fake hub and sample data: Quick start, L0 in the README
  • Set up your own instance: docs/SETUP.md
  • How the loop works: docs/self-rebuild-loop.md
  • Video: https://youtu.be/gMkHYQJ1r8Q

Experimental alpha: expect rough edges and breaking changes. Mojito is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
