Snow on tree bases 2x too vertically high

Cosmetic issues:

1. The white "snow" decal that appears on the bases of the orchard trees goes too far up the trunk of each tree. Can the height of this decal be reduced by 50%?
2. The snow decal should only appear when there is snow on the ground (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb). Currently, the snow decal is also appearing in October and March. It should not be visible in Oct or Mar.
