Improves testing scripts for nonstop networking:

• Fixes bug for stress test where execution would continue testing other methods even if previous method failed
  • I.E. If PUT fails, would keep running, LIST and GET would fail, but DELETE would pass and give false positive
• Added additional check for server being up and running before trying to use it - this should make the mistake of not starting the server more rare
• Improve general error handling
• Improve file names of files uploaded, so it's clear which test uploaded what
• Send error messages to stderr instead, cleanup janky code
