A Release build for people who do not wish to build the utility themselves. Requires .Net 8.0.

Adds ability to merge multiple files at once. The loadout names will be taken from the names of the file being merged.

If an Output PoB is specified, but no Main PoB is given, a completely empty PoB will be used for the initial input.
