v0.14.1

This is a bug fix release that corrects an issue with mismatched information being shown on the Graphics (Video) Information page if there were two or more video controllers.

• Code cleanup and optimization of video controller information retrieval and UI handling. #140
  • An inactive controller may show "Not Available" for some fields.
  • Due to a quirk in WMI, multiple controllers may not be shown in a consistent order.
  • The name of the video controller(s) should now be seen in the adapter dropdown instead of VideoController#
  • The number of colors will now show the correct number.

When switching between install types (i.e. x64 or SC_x64) please uninstall the previous version before installing the current version. Failure to do so may produce unpredictable results. Users of portable versions should replace the entire folder.
