Initial release. Uses YOLO for object detection with OpenCV in Python.

Note 1: Tested with yolov3 model, opencv-contrib-python v4.7.0.72, numpy v1.22.0, and Python 3.8.10.

Note 2: Download yolov3.weights from here or from this release attachment to the working directory before executing the Python script.
