Read-only health check for Oban queues: eight checks (orphaned, hanging, backlog, stalled, retry_storm, discarded, cancelled, cron_missing) using aggregate SELECTs on oban_jobs only. Never reads job args, meta or errors, makes no outbound calls, runs Postgres checks in rolled-back read-only transactions with statement/lock timeouts. Postgres, SQLite and MySQL.

Changed since v0.2.0 (GitHub-only tag)

  • :retry_storm now honours its window for retryable jobs (previously every retryable job counted regardless of age). Expect fewer findings.
  • :orphaned messages and docs now say what is measured: execution age only.

  • README "Piloting safely": report-only rollout, what to measure, retention for history-based checks.
  • docs/OBAN_PRO_COMPATIBILITY.md: likely compatible, untested.
