Improvements:

• Added an experimental SubInterpreterExecutor for Python 3.13 and 3.14.

• Cleaned up and improved task shutdown when a worker is shutdown.
• Fixed tasks added to the TaskManager after it had started not getting picked up immediately, causing exceptions in tasks added after not bubbling up.

• __aiter__ removed from Chancy - use get_all_queues() for previous behavior.
