Switch output performance upgrade

Vastly improve the speed of output device toggling via the controller by using the WinAPI method instead of the powershell one.

• Get the currently selected output device from the server when starting.
• Wait for server confirmation before changing the LED indication on the TCP based buttons.

Changed the way output devices are configured in the configuration - now names can be used instead of the UUID that changes over time.
