Added

• Update notice. MQTT Scope checks GitHub for a newer release at startup and every 6 hours. When there is one, an Update x.y.z button appears in the top bar and opens a panel with the release notes. Later closes the panel; Skip this version hides that version until a newer one is out. Turn the automatic checks off in Settings → General → Check for updates.
• Help → Check for Updates… checks right away, tells you when you are on the latest version or the check failed, and un-skips a skipped version.
• Self-update. The AppImage and the Windows installer download the update on request (Download update) and install it with Restart to update (which asks first if brokers are connected), or when you quit. Tar.gz, Windows portable and macOS builds open the release page instead; Arch Linux packages show a command to copy.
• Restart to update shows an Installing MQTT Scope x.y.z dialog with a moving progress bar in every main window until the app closes. On Windows the installer's own window then shows the install's progress, and MQTT Scope opens again in front, about half a minute in all; the AppImage restarts into the new version within seconds.
• Releases now include PKGBUILD and mqtt-scope.desktop for Arch Linux, so makepkg -si works from the release files alone.
• After a self-update the AppImage has the new version in its file name: rename it (e.g. MQTT-Scope.AppImage) to keep launchers working.
• The AppImage shows the MQTT Scope icon in the dock and app grid on GNOME (Ubuntu) instead of a generic one. For that it adds a menu entry when it first starts, which follows self-updates and disappears from the menus once the AppImage is deleted (none is added when the Arch package or an AppImage manager already provides one).
