Beta 0.8.1: many more achievements

Still entirely offline, with nothing connecting to any service. With every set switched on there are now 662 achievements for the base game and 1,149 for Weekend Edition.

• Battle milestones (on by default): total defeats from 100 up to 100,000.
• Main set: now 60. It adds each area at each rank in the Another tier, and the four EX Battle Royale stages.
• Collection challenge (off by default): adds counts for characters met, defeated, and befriended, plus a set for each area's residents (Normal, Another, and the GX terminal on Weekend).
• Shiny collection (off by default): a shiny for every character, a shiny of every type, counts, and a complete shiny collection.

Turn sets on or off in the pause menu under Achievements, then the options page. Turning a set on counts progress already in your save. A few entries, such as the Another tier and the EX stages, follow the pattern of the earlier ranks and have not been proven against a save yet. If one never unlocks when it should, please report it.

To update, download the zip below and unzip it over your current copy. Your saves, settings, and texture packs carry over, and the game does not need rebuilding.
