Recovering the backup code from an iOS device?

Hi,

I have Toast wallet installed on an iOS device. It was originally installed on a different device - then I transferred the app to a iOS phone via Apple's transfer service. I cannot access the app on the new phone (as it has been removed from the store).

I have the recovery code but not the backup code. Can I access the backup code through some sort of file explorer for iOS? Any ideas?
