What changed

This patch preserves the private Intelligence layer's structured family-resolution result in ToggleLogic Free's existing local routing audit record. It adds no classifier, benchmark data, prompt content, provider credential, or private registry to the public package.

Operating boundary

When the separately licensed Intelligence layer is used in shadow mode, ToggleLogic Free records the recommendation and its resolved model-family detail for audit. Shadow mode returns no model override to OpenClaw, so host routing remains unchanged.

Verification

  • ToggleLogic Free tests: 21/21 passing.
  • ClawHub Plugin Inspector: zero issues and zero warnings.
  • ClawHub package: source-linked to the exact commit and tagged latest=1.2.4.

Upgrade impact

Existing Free-tier settings continue to work. There is no provider, credential, customer-data, or routing-policy migration in this patch.
