TRU Core v0.08.2
TRU Core v0.08.2
Native Marketplace Connections and Improved Token Discovery
TRU Core v0.08.2 brings marketplace login directly into Core and adds a dedicated connection flow to Desktop Wallet. Users can approve a connection with their own wallet and view supported assets in the TRU Marketplace while keeping private keys local.
New: Marketplace Connection Built into Core
Headless Linux users can now connect directly from Core’s interactive terminal:
- Choose Headless Core on the marketplace.
- Enter
marketloginin Core. - Select Headless Market Connect.
- Enter the pairing code, select an address, and approve.
Core submits the signed login proof directly to the marketplace. No Python connector, separate helper script, or second SSH terminal is required.
The existing Manual Market Connect option remains available.
New: Desktop “Connect Marketplace” Button
The updated Desktop wallet source includes a Connect Marketplace button for Windows, Linux, and macOS builds.
Enter the marketplace pairing code, unlock your wallet if prompted, select your address, and review the connection before approving. The built-in pairing flow requires no Python helper.
Browser “Open Wallet” shortcuts are also supported through an optional, separately installed protocol handler.
Improved Token Discovery
- Corrected marketplace-facing token lookups to use the token’s controlling output and check its live ownership.
- Improved handling of token records following transfers and continuation outputs.
- Fixed TRUScript identifier handling used during discovery.
- Preserved ownership verification before assets can proceed through supported listing workflows.
Companion Marketplace Update
The accompanying marketplace update adds a collector-focused view for supported FT, NFT, SFT, NCFT, and TRUScript holdings:
- Artwork cards, asset-type labels, quantities, search, and filters.
- Expanded asset details and fallback artwork for unavailable images.
- An animated neural-space background with reduced-motion support.
- Connection options for Core, Desktop Wallet, and Web Wallet.
Collection availability depends on the marketplace’s explorer configuration and access settings.
Connection Security
- Private keys remain in the wallet.
- Connections require explicit user approval.
- Login challenges are bound to the TRU mainnet marketplace domain.
- Pairing codes expire and can be redeemed only once.
- Wallet and browser display a matching verification code.
- Login approval does not authorize transfers or payments.
Marketplace login and collection viewing are supported by this update. Buying, selling, and settlement are separate functionality and are not enabled by these connection patches.
Upgrading
Use a Core or Desktop build containing the relevant v0.08.2 updates. Existing executables do not gain these features until replaced with updated builds.
For source builds, include the new marketplace connection headers with the patched source files. Back up your wallet before upgrading, and verify the published SHA-256 checksums for your downloaded release assets.

v0.07.5
TRU Core Desktop v0.07.5 ~ Introducing Multi-Address Token Coordination
TRU Desktop standalone wallets for Linux, Windows, and macOS, now featuring comprehensive multi-address management and seamless token ownership coordination across your entire portfolio.
This release focuses heavily on infrastructure, streamlining how users manage diverse assets and multiple addresses within the TRU ecosystem. It also introduces critical updates to the sending functions, NeroMesh Pool architecture, and the core API.
New: Multiple Address & Token Coordination
Manage your assets with unprecedented flexibility. You can now seamlessly coordinate token ownership across multiple addresses within a single wallet environment. Whether you are managing personal funds, business assets, or complex token deployments, the updated wallet handles cross-address balances and states intelligently.
What's new
- Multi-Address Wallet Support: Wallets now natively support and coordinate multiple addresses simultaneously, allowing for better organization, privacy, and fund management.
- Token Ownership Coordination: Token balances and ownership states are now fully synchronized and coordinated among multiple addresses, providing a unified view of your assets without requiring constant switching.
- Sending Function Updates: Overhauled sending mechanics to intuitively handle transactions originating from multi-address and multi-token setups, ensuring accurate routing, fee calculation, and asset delivery.
- NeroMesh Pool Upgrades: Crucial under-the-hood updates to the NeroMesh Pool within the Wallet Core, improving network synchronization, peer discovery, and node stability.
- Core API Patches: Various API bug fixes and performance patches to ensure smooth communication between the desktop interface, background node, and third-party integrations.
Additional wallet features
This release retains all features introduced in v0.07.2 (including Magic Locks V2, visible grinding, and private unlock codes) and v0.07.1 (resizable desktop interface, FT/NFT/SFT/NCFT creation tools, and the TRU-native smart contract interface). Public-network connectivity remains built-in without requiring users to operate a local Core node.

TRU Core v0.07.2
TRU Core Desktop v0.07.2 ~ Introducing Magic Locks
TRU Desktop standalone wallets for Linux, Windows and macOS, now featuring Magic Locks: encrypted messages secured by creator-generated unlock codes.
This release introduces Magic Locks across the TRU ecosystem, including the desktop wallet, web wallet and Core CLI. It also builds on the wallet, token, smart contract and AI functionality introduced in previous releases.
New: Magic Locks V2
Create an encrypted secret, publish it on the TRU blockchain and privately share the unlock code with anyone you choose.
Magic Locks use visible computational grinding, local authenticated encryption and creator-generated unlock codes. Recipients can unlock messages directly from the web wallet without owning TRU, paying a fee or unlocking a wallet.
What's new
- Create encrypted secrets: Encrypt messages of up to 200 bytes and publish them through a TRU transaction for the applicable network fee.
- Visible grinding: Watch real computational progress, including attempts, hash rate and elapsed time, through the web wallet, Core CLI and Qt desktop wallet.
- Private unlock codes: Each secret receives a creator-generated unlock code that can be shared privately with selected recipients.
- Find and unlock: Locate a published Magic Lock by transaction ID, enter the unlock code and decrypt the message locally.
- Improved CLI experience: A dedicated Magic Lock screen keeps grinding progress, prompts and sharing receipts separate from background synchronization messages.
- Complete sharing receipts: After submission, creators receive the transaction ID, output index and unlock code needed to share their secret.
How Magic Locks work
Create a message, generate your private unlock code and publish the encrypted secret to TRU. Once the transaction has been submitted, share the transaction ID and unlock code with your intended recipient.
The recipient can use Find by transaction ID in the web wallet and then select Grind & unlock to retrieve and decrypt the message.
Only the encrypted message is published. The unlock code is not stored on the blockchain.
Anyone possessing both the transaction information and unlock code can access the message and share those details with others. Keep your unlock codes private, and retain your sharing receipt. Lost unlock codes cannot be recovered.
Additional wallet features
This release retains the features introduced in v0.07.1, including the resizable desktop interface, FT/NFT/SFT/NCFT creation tools, TRU-native smart contract interface, wallet and AI tools, and public-network connectivity without requiring users to operate a local Core node.

Security boundary
TRU Desktop v0.05.4 is an RPC client.
It does not independently generate or store wallet seed phrases or private keys. Local wallet functionality remains provided by the connected TRU Core node.
Remote mode requires HTTPS and is designed so that privileged TRU Core RPC ports do not need to be exposed publicly.
