Beta follow-up for the Windows NSIS installer.

Fixes:

  • Repairs legacy/local SQLx migration checksum drift without deleting existing Tokito data.
  • Prevents hidden Postgres setup from flashing console windows on Windows first launch.
  • Adds visible Windows startup error reporting instead of silent exit.
  • Registers Tokito with Start Menu shortcuts, App Paths, uninstall metadata, and the real Tokito icon.
  • Stabilizes migration line endings and embedded Postgres CI startup.

Fixes #121.
