Tokito v0.0.3 beta.1

Hotfix prerelease for the v0.0.3 beta installer.

Fixes

  • Fixes Windows installed app startup failure where Tokito tried to open symbols.sqlite from Cargo's target release build directory.
  • Embeds the verified bundled symbol catalog in release binaries and materializes it into the user's runtime cache before opening SQLite.
  • Bumps the desktop package to 0.0.3-beta.1.

Assets

The release workflow will attach the Windows NSIS setup exe, Linux packages, and macOS archive.
