Fix the detection of LAN ports and the prefixes of some LAN entities

  • Fixed two problems in the detection of LAN ports (see #219: Issues on single-LAN models and with ports operated in non-bridged mode).
  • Fixed some LAN entity names to make them all appear the same way (LANx -> LAN x).

Due to the renaming, it is likely that you will have old / abandoned LAN entities after this update. Just delete them all (Settings -> Devices and Services -> Entities, filter for 'unavailable' und your NAS name, then select all and bulk-delete them).
