[Beta only] Fix detection of LAN ports and prefix of LAN entity names

• fix two problems in the detection of LAN ports (for single-port models and non-bridge modes)
• fix entity prefix (LAN1 -> LAN 1)

Due to the renaming, it is likely that you will have old / abandoned LAN entities after this update. Just delete them all (Settings -> Devices and Services -> Entities, filter for 'unavailable' und your device name, then select and bulk-delete them.
