Records the exact-byte integrity contract from successful recovery run 34022655073. Explicitly preserves the registry's first-package latest assignment. Trusted publisher is configured for npm-publish.yml / release; temporary credentials have been revoked and bootstrap disabled. Validation: 101 release tests passed; contract verifier passed.
