Main changes

Added hourly rate input to the settings form
Added billable minutes input to the services form
Removed unit price field from the services form
Unit price will now be derived from an equation involving hourly and billable minutes

Other changes

Fixed isses related to icon button widths in the toolbar on the services page
Changed many imports and packages to support es modules
This was done to support the implementation of the electron-store package
