Notification Sync 2.0 is the first release of this fork's PebbleOS-style notification experience.

Highlights:

  • Adds a stock-inspired Pebble notification list, detail screen, empty state, dismiss flow, and action menu.
  • Keeps the live Android notification shade as the source of truth for dismiss sync, replies, voice replies, snooze, mute, silence, open on phone, and image actions where supported.
  • Adds Android companion controls for notification interruption behavior, watchface-aware launch behavior, app/channel rules, sorting/filtering, and unsupported emoji fallback names.
  • Uses platform-specific payload behavior so Emery can receive fuller detail/action payloads while Basalt keeps a tighter memory profile.
  • Tightens detail loading so Emery waits for complete body/action data instead of showing truncated preview text.
  • Preserves Basalt/Diorite support with lighter action UI and detail caching.

Install both artifacts together:

  • notification-sync-mobile.apk
  • Notifications.pbw

Verification:

  • pebble build passed for Emery, Diorite, and Basalt.
  • :bluetooth:data:testDebugUnitTest --tests 'NotificationDetailsPusherImplTest' passed.
  • :app:assembleDebug passed.
  • :bluetooth:data:detekt and :rules:ui:detekt passed.
