Gunyah DSL v0.3.0

First public release of Gunyah DSL for Visual Studio Code and compatible editors.

Highlights:

• Syntax highlighting and language configuration for .tc, .hvc, and .ev files.
• Go to Definition, hover, references, document symbols, and Gunyah-to-C navigation.
• Workspace-aware indexing for local, Remote SSH, and Dev Container projects.
• Safer official VSIX packaging, regression tests, and redesigned file icons.

Validation:
