Fixed

• Still-missing messages: kind=2 JSONL patches with an all-string key path append items to the existing array instead of replacing it — this is how Copilot Chat adds new requests one-by-one to a session. Previously every new request overwrote the previous ones, leaving only the last request visible. kind=2 patches with a numeric index in the path (e.g. ["requests", 2, "response"]) still perform a targeted SET to attach completed responses.

• Missing messages: JSONL session files use an incremental patch format (kind=1/kind=2 entries) that was silently ignored — the parser now applies all patches on top of the base kind=0 snapshot, so all conversation messages are correctly loaded
• Empty-window sessions: Sessions created in VS Code windows without an open workspace are now included in the "All Workspaces" view (loaded from globalStorage/emptyWindowChatSessions/)

• Malformed session files no longer abort loading of all remaining sessions (per-file isolation)

• Response part .value type-checked before use; avoids literal "undefined" in exports
• Export filename falls back to sanitized session ID when title reduces to empty string
