修复 Kando 更新并补齐组件界面的多语言支持。

  • 修复更新时的进程路径识别和访问被拒绝问题，保留菜单、个人设置和手势绑定。
  • 下载中断或超时会重试；更新使用用户确认的版本，失败时保留或恢复旧版。
  • 保留 GitHub API 限流时通过官方发布页面检查最新稳定版的修复。
  • Kando 按钮、更新弹窗、下载进度和错误提示覆盖全部 90 种支持语言。官方发布说明保留原文并标注。
  • 提供 x64 / ARM64 的 MSI 和便携 ZIP；AI 与 Kando 保持按需下载。

便携版与 MSI 使用共享运行库，需要 .NET Desktop Runtime 10 和 Windows App Runtime 2（2.3.1 或更新）。WinGet 清单包含这两个依赖。

验证：90 种语言共 13,659 项 UI 本地化检查、Kando 更新及下载回归测试、9 组应用回归测试、两种架构的 PE 检查和可选组件排除检查通过。ARM64 包完成静态验证，未在本机执行。

Kando update fixes and complete component UI localization.

  • Fix process path detection and access-denied update failures while preserving menus, settings and gesture bindings.
  • Retry interrupted downloads and timeouts, install the confirmed release, and keep or restore the previous installation on failure.
  • Retain the official release-page fallback when the GitHub API is rate limited.
  • Localize Kando controls, update dialogs, progress and error messages in all 90 supported languages. Upstream release notes remain in their original language and are labeled accordingly.
  • Provide x64 and ARM64 MSI installers and portable ZIPs. AI and Kando remain optional downloads.

Shared-runtime packages require .NET Desktop Runtime 10 and Windows App Runtime 2 (2.3.1 or newer). WinGet declares these dependencies.
