修复 macOS 分类页拖拽：被取代的行不再来回跳动；松手瞬间也不再卡 ~300ms。
「分类」页副标题改写：指引「要把应用归到分类，请去『应用』页指派」，替掉旧的字段罗列。
「设置」全线文案精简：采集 / 工作时段 / 托盘 / 截图保留等说明删冗余。

Fix on macOS: Categories drag — rows no longer jump back and forth, and the ~300ms stutter after releasing is gone.
Categories page subtitle rewritten to point users to the Apps page for assigning apps, replacing the old field-listing prose.
Settings copy trimmed across the board: capture, work hours, tray, screenshot retention descriptions stripped of fluff.
