Elemental Mod v4.0.4, German translation

Kr00l has translated the entire (locale-specific part of the) mod into German, so here it is! Expect future releases to have all three languages.

As a bonus, the German version also includes a hotfix for the autobrew feature, which made potions with too high power (compared to brewing them manually in v4). It didn't feel important enough for an entire new release by itself, but I'm not passing up this opportunity.
