dsh-mobile-access v1.0.1

修复：LAN / VPN 地址改为使用网关代理端口（默认 3081）。

  • 主服务器只绑定 127.0.0.1，外部来源（Tailscale IP、局域网 IP）无法直连 3080
  • 面板此前给出的地址指向 3080 导致手机无法访问
  • 现统一走代理端口，扫码 / 直连 / Tailscale IP / 域名均可访问

安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-mobile-access@github:TongaiLinC/dsh-mobile-access#v1.0.1
