Add support for urlhaus.abuse.ch lists

URLHaus database provides a list of URL known to share malwares in the past 90 days
!! This will block access to the following usefull domains as some malwares are hosted there. Add an entry to you whitelist if needed:

1. github.com
2. githubusercontent.com
3. chocolatey.org
4. discord.com
5. cdn.discordapp.com
6. storage.googleapis.com

The following domains appear in list and has been added to the whitelist:

1. drive.google.com
