First submission to Fab.

Addressed issues for Fab submission.

There's reason to believe Fab is trying to validate a cached copy of my submission, since it's rejecting me with old errors now.  So I'm trying to work around that.

Going back to using __func__ as the fallback now that I understand the problem was with using TEXT(__func__), not __func__ itself.

Further addressing macro support.  Forcing RunUAT to run with clang (via BuildConfiguration.xml) produces the errors re: __func__ Fab is reporting.

Addressed issues with compiler directives.

Addressing Fab submission requirements.

Learned that building the plugin with RunUAT causes the FabURL to go missing from .uplugin.

Corrected use of __FUNC_SIG__ for non-Windows compilation.
