Initial public manual-install release of the Toolforest Bridge Anki add-on.

Install fallback before the AnkiWeb listing is live:

  1. Download toolforest_bridge_prod.ankiaddon from this release.
  2. Double-click it, or install it from Anki via Tools > Add-ons > Install from file.
  3. Restart Anki.
  4. Open Tools > Toolforest Bridge and connect to Toolforest.
