Add snapshot characterization tests for find_seamounts - #2

The tests use the same gorge dataset as the swt snapshot tests, preprocessed for supplying to `find_seamounts` according to the script provided by John Hillier. They run `find_seamounts` on the provided input data and record the two output files `test/frustrum.out` and `test/properties.out`. These are compared by `diff` to stored output derived from the original version of the `find_seamounts` code. To run the tests, run `make check` from the SWT/ directory.
